What do you do at Newsec?
My job as a property caretaker involves overseeing and maintaining commercial properties. This entails performing routine checks to ensure everything is in good working order, as well as carrying out minor repairs and maintenance. My main objective is to keep tenants happy and satisfied, increase the value of the buildings, and make them as cost-effective and eco-friendly as possible. Some of my responsibilities include managing technical facilities, ventilation, elevators, fire alarm systems, plumbing, service contracts, and energy monitoring.
