Re-rental in ATP's portfolio

Newsec Advisory has again taken part in a re-rental in ATP's portfolio, this time in a three-party negotiation where the former tenant, 3Shape, has chosen to expand closer to its headquarters in Holmens Kanal.
Newsec Advisory has previously arranged leases to Ordnung and assisted ATP in several rentals in the Copenhagen portfolio. The parties are not completely unknown to each other, as Ordnung is already a tenant in another property owned by ATP. However, the upgrade and interior design for the new exclusive office hotel, called Ordnung Plus, requires some investment.

It is not rare for a re-rental to take place with the involvement of the former tenant, a new tenant, the owner, and landlord of the property. In recent years, Newsec Advisory has assisted in several similar processes.

Newsec Advisory has previously brokered leases to Ordnung, and has also assisted ATP in several rentals in the Copenhagen portfolio. The parties are not completely unknown to each other, as Ordnung is already a tenant in another of ATP's properties. However, an upgrade and layout for the new exclusive office hotel, called Ordnung Plus, requires some investments.

In connection with the ongoing rental work, Newsec Advisory was in dialogue with several possible tenants who wanted to rent part of the property but could not take up the entire lease. To the benefit of the tenants and not least Ordnung, Newsec was able to refer several of these tenants to a dialogue with Ordnung about part leases or so-called 'seats'.

The joy was greater when a comprehensive agreement with a spin-off was reached immediately afterwards from a large Danish company. Within 2 years, they expect to take up 130, of the total of almost 500 seats established in the property. Ordnung is ready to welcome the new tenants in Bredgade 6 from 1 October 2020 after some refurbishment. With recent rentals, Newsec has leased more than 45,000 m² in ATP's property portfolio and looks forward to continued cooperation.
